Looking for someone with a passion for people, who understands customer service and can anticipate customer needs. This person should be outgoing, confident and a good communicator. We are looking for someone friendly, responsive, conscientious about the quality of their work and dependable.

Duties Include:
• Answering phones in an upbeat manner and providing amazing customer service
• Preparing, processing, data entry, disbursing, and/or following up on documents
• Ordering title demands and receiving/ reviewing preliminary reports.
• Assist escrow officer with managing pipeline of transactions by preparing all necessary documents and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest, commissions, and percentages.
• RBJ software
• Technical Skills – Must have demonstrated advanced level PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal communication
• Strong organizational skills and follow up / Detail oriented
